Refunds & Credits

We are unable to offer refunds or credits on merchandise purchased through this web site.

Exchanges & Replacements

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement.

Online Internet Class Policy

Low Enrollment

Classes with low enrollments may be cancelled. You will be notified if this happens. You will be given the option to change to another class or have your class registration fee refunded.

Withdrawals

If you withdraw from your class up to 14 days before the start date of the course, you will be charged $75; the remainder of the tuition will be refunded.

If you withdraw from your class from 1 to 13 days before the start date of the course, you will be charged half of the tuition, half will be refunded.

No other refunds will be issued.

All withdrawal requests must be made in writing and emailed to: customerservice@jackiewoods.org.

Transfers

All requests to transfer to another class must be submitted 24 hours prior to your first class. If the registrar approves your request, a $15 fee will apply. All transfer requests must be made in writing and emailed to: customerservice@jackiewoods.org.

Down Times

We are not responsible for any "down-time" or internet service provider difficulties which are beyond our control.
