This live course is designed for massage therapists who desire to strengthen their practice with a strong purpose, what in business terms is called the mission statement, and how to adhere to it during the workday. When you have an active practice, the pressures and tensions of the workday can draw you away from that purpose, creating stresses in your business. This course will provide tools to support you in recognizing the stressors that dilute your focus, increase your one-on-one connection with clients and staff and evaluate situations to determine the growth and expansion of your practice.
